Electrical Specifications

WE REQUIRE:

• A Cutler Hammer, or equivelent, service disconnect box. Disconnect box may be fused or fuseless.
• Require 208 or 240 VOLT, 3-PHASE, Capable of 60 amps or larger.  
• The box must have dedicated ground wire, and dedicated neutral wire from panel to 2, 4 gauge lugs inside disconnect box.
• Please locate disconnect box within 100 feet of bottling truck.

We have 130 feet of power cord from our truck to reach the winery.

INSTALLER NOTE: Please wire 3 hot legs to box, with a separate ground, and neutral wire to lugs. (5 wires total). Each line to disconnect must read 116-120volts to ground, and 208-240 volts line to line.

IF YOUR WINERY DOES NOT HAVE 3-PHASE POWER: YOU MAY RENT A GENERATOR FROM A LOCAL EQUIPMENT RENTAL COMPANY.

• The Generator should be at least a 40 Kilowatt Unit.
• 208 or 240 3-PHASE, @ 60 AMPS.
• THE EQUIPMENT COMPANY WILL USUALLY DELIVER AND PICK UP FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE

We will hook a pigtail to generator lugs, then plug the truck into the pigtail.
